  • Individuals you who you include in your pre-qualification application and/or profile as a reference in respect of works you have previously carried out. You consent to us sharing your information in this regard.

  • In the event that C-Link sell or buy any business or assets, in which case C-Link may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

Where C-link Store Your Personal Data

The data that C-Link collects from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for C-Link, our affiliated website , or for one of our suppliers. How Long C-link Keeps Data for

The data that C-Link collects from you will be kept for a period of up to twenty four months following termination of your free account with our Website. If you a registered user and hold and Annual Subscription or Commission Agreement with us and you cancel your payment, your account will automatically change into a free account.

C-Link will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if it intends to use your data for such purposes or if C-Link intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.
