This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data C-Link may collect from you, or that you provide to C-Link, will be processed.

- If you access our Website via LinkedIn, we will collect information from your LinkedIn account including but not limited to your name, profile photo, profile description, company name and company role.

- Our business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract C-Link enters into with them or you.

- Credit reference agencies for the purpose of assessing your credit score where this is a condition of us entering into a contract with you.
- Suppliers which allow C-Link to manage electronic agreements, as well as allow C-Link and you to sign agreements electronically.
- Individuals you who you include in your pre-qualification application and/or profile as a reference in respect of works you have previously carried out. You consent to us sharing your information in this regard.
C-Link may also disclose your personal information to third parties:
- In the event that C-Link sell or buy any business or assets, in which case C-Link may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
- If C-Link or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
- If C-Link are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply C-Link’s terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of C-Link, its customers, or others. Where C-link Store Your Personal Data
The data that C-Link collects from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for C-Link, our affiliated website www.weallprosper.co.uk , or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. C-Link will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
All information you provide to C-Link is stored on its secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where C-Link have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. C-Link ask you not to share a password with anyone.

How Long C-link Keeps Data for
The data that C-Link collects from you will be kept for a period of up to twenty four months following termination of your free account with our Website. If you a registered user and hold and Annual Subscription or Commission Agreement with us and you cancel your payment, your account will automatically change into a free account.
Your Rights
You have the right to ask C-Link not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. C-Link will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if it intends to use your data for such purposes or if C-Link intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms C-Link use to collect your data. You have the right to request access to, deletion or correction of your personal data and you can do this by sending an email to info@c-link.com providing full details of your request. The subject header of your email should state “Privacy – amendment of personal data”.
You have the right to request your personal data is transferred to another person and you can do this by sending an email to info@c-link.com providing full details of your request including the complete details of the recipient. The subject header of your email should state “Privacy – transfer of personal data”.
You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if you believe this Privacy Policy does not comply with the requirements of GDPR. Before you do so, we would ask you to contact us setting out the reasons for your complaint and you can do this by sending an email to info@c-link.com providing full details of your reason for complaint. The Website may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of C-Link’s partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. The Act and GDPR gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10.00 to meet C-Link’s costs in providing you with details of the information C-Link hold about you.
